God, I pray specifically for the multitudes of women and men who are experiencing great loss, pain, and suffering from an abortion in the past. I ask that You would minister the forgiveness, grace, healing, hope, restoration, salvation, and transformation of Jesus Christ to them and their families through Your Church. Lift the clouds of anxiety, depression, despair, death, guilt, hopelessness, and shame off of the lives of Your children. May Your children experience the utter destruction of the yoke that they have been weighed down with and carrying around because of abortion by the anointing of Your Spirit.
Father, as You minister healing to Your children, by Your Spirit, use us to minister the grace and truth of Jesus to women and men in unplanned pregnancies and to those broken, confused, and hurting from an abortion in their past. Bring many out of the shadows of darkness and death into the marvelous light and life of Jesus Christ, the One who through His death on the cross and resurrection from the dead might destroy the one, the devil, who has the power over death. The thief, the devil, comes only to steal, kill, and destroy. Thank You Jesus that You have come that people may have life and have it to the full.
Father, thank You that You did not send Your Son Jesus into the world to condemn the world but that the world might be saved through Him. Thank You Lord that You are compassionate and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in faithful love. You will not always accuse us or be angry forever. You have not dealt with us as our sins deserve or repaid us according to our immoralities, vices, and wickedness. We are so grateful for the riches of Your mercy and Your amazing grace which is greater than our sins (including abortion and anything else contrary to Your will and Word). In Jesus' name, Amen!!!
